Astonishing guitar – timely and timeless …
Bob Westcott’s career began as a teenager playing guitar in the streets and coffee houses of Greenwich Village. Bob has been perfecting his elegant finger-style guitar work ever since. Both timely and timeless, his astonishing guitar playing and universally resonant songwriting have made him a perennial favorite on the Long Island scene. His performances are peppered with stories about his personal experiences, his travels and travails.
For the past decade, Bob has been studying classical guitar, and has become a member of the Long Island Classical Guitar Society. His recent compositions are reflective of those influences; combining gorgeous melodies with a classical guitar style.

It is a revelation to see how one guitar and two voices can fill a room, and fill the audience’s heart as well.
